The price of the delivery is calculated according to the price of your order determining the weight of the package and your country of delivery. The price will be indicated to you before validation of your order.

DELIVERY

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES FRANCE

For any order in France, the carrier is the same:

POST (COLISSIMO)

The distribution of the parcel is done in relay pickup or at your home without signature at the address chosen by the customer. The Customer will be able to follow the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be communicated to him at the time of shipment. It is important to follow the routing of the package to be present at your home on the day it will be delivered to you, if you have chosen delivery to your home. The package does not fit in a classic mailbox, if you are absent you can indicate via the post office site (information on the paper returned to your mailbox by the deliverer) another delivery day at your convenience. If you have not rescheduled the delivery, you can collect your package at your usual post office.

The indicative deadline is 48 hours.

The delivery times indicated are those generally noted by the carrier. They are added to the product availability time and the shipping time related to the processing and preparation of the order. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a period greater than those indicated.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES EUROPE AND WORLD

In Europe and abroad, delivery is made via the carrier:

The distribution of the parcel is done without signature at the address chosen by the customer, directly in his mailbox. The Customer will be able to follow the delivery and distribution of his order using the tracking number that will be communicated to him at the time of shipment.

The indicative time is 4 to 7 days.

Orders to countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. However, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

It is also up to the customer to check the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the legislation of the country of delivery. We recommend that you contact the customs department for more information.

We recommend that you unpack the goods in front of the delivery person. If you notice that the product is damaged, this must be mentioned on the delivery note, otherwise the responsibility of the deliverer cannot be engaged.

Customs

If you have placed an order for a country outside the European Union, be aware that customs fees and import taxes are invoiced once the package has arrived in the country of destination. As your order is held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale businesses).

We have no control over what these charges will be and are unable to determine the amount as customs clearance policies and import taxes vary widely from country to country.

TRACKING CONTROL

RETURN

You have, according to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are your responsibility. Here is the procedure to follow to organize your returns:

 1. Write to us at contact.mylittleconcept@gmail.com indicating the order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without prior notification sent to this email address.

 2. Prepare the return package by carefully packing the product(s) in their original packaging. For the return to be accepted, the items must be new, never used, without any trace of use.

 3. For the return: The return costs are your responsibility with a delivery against signature. Products must be returned by tracked parcel to the following address.

 4. You will be notified by e-mail upon receipt of your return package. We proceed to the refund (delivery and return costs will be charged to you) within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your return package, provided that the conditions mentioned above are met.

 5. Note that the shipping costs for a new shipment in the event of an exchange will be your responsibility, unless it is found that the product has a malfunction, cause of the return.

In the event that the return is necessary due to an anomaly on the product ordered (order error, defective product), the delivery costs (return and reshipment of the desired product) will be at our expense.
